On the night of July 11-12, 2021, MP Oleg Gaidukevich's home in the village of Semkovo in the Minsk region was attacked with Molotov cocktails. In the afternoon of that day the KGB opened a case under part 1 of article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus “Acts of Terrorism”.
On August 13, 2021, the KGB conducted a special operation to detain a group of people, about 20 in total. The propaganda films told about the detained Vaitsiakhovich family from Barysau. Law enforcers reported that back on June 10, 2021 Vladislav Voytekhovich came to the local military unit with the intention to set it on fire with Molotov cocktails, but did not do so and destroyed them. In addition, the video shows excerpts of audio recordings, screenshots of correspondence, as well as video surveillance of the Voytekhovich family.
In the published excerpt of the interrogation, Vladislav said that “they wanted to harm the property of Oleg Gaidukevich. How such interrogations are conducted, we think everyone knows it very well.
At the moment of referring the case to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Vaytsekhovich family was charged under the following articles of the Criminal Code: 289, 295-3, 357, 359, 361-1 and 364. All four are listed as terrorists by the Lukashevik KGB.
