This is a personal collection in support of the young creative family of Anton and Olga Shnip.
Anton is a former political prisoner. He was detained in the evening of August 2, 2021 at a dacha near Minsk during a birthday celebration of the vocalist of the band “Irdorath” Nadezhda Kalach and sentenced to a year and a half in a penal colony. He served his sentence in full. After that he was forced to leave Belarus together with his wife Olga.
Anton and Olga are creative and talented people. They met in 2015 in Minsk and together made various musical projects. Olga writes songs and music, draws, sings. Anton is a professional sound engineer, musician and composer. Together they make a musical project “OliA”, which has already released three albums. And in 2018 Anton also recorded his first solo album — “The Way Home”. When Anton was in the colony, the guys got married.
Now the couple is in Poland. They faced the difficulties of emigration and material problems.
This collection will help them to get better settled in the new country, find a place to live, buy a computer and keyboards to continue working and making music professionally.
