Rita is a 3rd year psychology student at GSU named after F. Skorina who had a clear civic position. For this reason, Rita was sentenced to 2 years in prison for stickers depicting cars on fire. The investigation alleges that this was a purposeful humiliation of the riot police. The girl did not deny her actions or convictions.
A few days before New Year, on December 28, 2021, Rita was summoned for questioning. Her mother went with her for support. For three hours she sat under the investigator's office until he came out and said: Probably going to jail. We'll go to the prosecutor's office. That was the end of the initial explanation.
Then Rita was officially expelled from the university because she didn't pass her session, which began a week after her detention. Rita's mother went to the dean's office several times, but they shook their hands: to have Rita reinstated, she had to come and write an application herself. No one is confused by the fact that Rita was sentenced to 2 years in prison. For the time being, Rita's mom needs support to pay for her lawyer, packages, and medication. We would be thankful to everyone who gives us a helping hand in this difficult time.
