On September 26, a fighter of the Belarussian “Pogonya” regiment, Gomel resident Alexei Veschevailov, with the call sign “Reaper,” was killed while on a mission.
He had been fighting for the freedom of Ukraine since 2017 and had always been against dictatorship and injustice, he was a courageous and honest man, a great warrior. This is a great loss not only for Belarus, but also an irreparable loss for his family. The Reaper was left with a wife and two children who will never see their husband and father again.
We are announcing a fundraiser to support the family of a deserving man. He gave his life for our freedom and for justice. He fought for a better life for us, so we must not stand by and help his loved ones.
