In December, I was interrogated by a security officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After I refused to ask for forgiveness on camera, they threatened me. My house was searched. They took my phone away for analysis and didn't give it back. I had to buy a new one in installments.
On April 5 an investigator summoned me and gave me a notice that I was a suspect under Article 369 of the Criminal Code. Then they came from social welfare and my child's kindergarten.
On April 28 they searched the house again, described the property, although it was my mother's property and in her apartment. After I argued with the investigator, they removed the seizure. The policeman whom I insulted filed a lawsuit for compensation of moral damages in the amount of 2 thousand Belarusian rubles.
Our town is small, the gossips and rumors spread fast. After all that happened I couldn't find a job, I was rejected wherever I applied. I found myself in a difficult financial situation with a four-year-old child in my arms.
I was sentenced to 2 years of "home chemistry", in addition I have to pay 2 thousand rubles compensation to the insulted officer of Ivatsevichy police department. I'll file an appeal with a lawyer. The process can last for 1-1.5 months.
