I was searched in the fall and then taken for questioning as a witness in the SC, where I was held until the evening. Then they handed me over to an unidentified person, who put me in a car. No one told where they were taking me and what was going on. They didn't give me my documents back. It turned out that they took me to the Partizansky district police station, where they put me in a cell for a while and then asked me to sign the documents, in which I was surprised to find that I was resisting, shouting and calling out to passers-by. Afterwards I was taken to Okrestina. There was a minor child at home, whom I was raising alone. Three days later they took me to court, where they gave me 100 bones for "resisting".
After the events happened we had to leave the country with our child because of threats of criminal proceedings. Because of the move I had to make unforeseen expenses to get the documents to leave the country. We are now staying with friends and are looking for a place of our own.
How much is needed?
1,100€ — partial payment of the fine, covering the cost of the papers to leave the country, lawyer's fees and doctor's fees.
