A criminal case under Article 341 of the RB Criminal Code was filed against a state media journalist. The judge imposed a fine twice as high as the amount requested by the prosecutor (instead of 150 to 300 basic units).
The case was falling apart right in front of our eyes: police witnesses gave contradictory testimonies, the facts mentioned in the materials were not supported by evidence, the experts did not find any coincidence.
The judge also did not take into account that at the moment of trial the journalist was fired, there is a paying student in the family, an elderly parent (93 years old) after the stroke, in addition there is an autoimmune progressive disease demanding expensive supporting therapy. I need help to pay part of the fine — 5 700 rubles.
