My name is Inna Postnova. I am a mom of three children and a grandmother of two grandchildren.
Last August I was detained on denunciation because of my manicure, which was decorated in white-red-white colors. They took me to an interrogation room and tried to record a penitential video. But I turned my back to the wall and replied that I didn't want to be filmed.
After that I was brought home. There was a search. They seized a BCB flag with the coat of arms “Pagonya”, the flag of Ukraine (my husband is a citizen of this country), all documents and my husband's laptop. Found a lot of materials that proved our participation in the marches in 2020 and pro-Ukrainian position in Russia's war against Ukraine. Interrogation again.
Then I was taken to the ROVD, tried and given a huge fine. And my husband was sent to a temporary detention center for 5 months. In January 2024 he was secretly deported to Ukraine, and now he serves in the AFU. The older children also left the country.
On TV they made a report about our family, where they showed the search in our apartment and the attempt to record a “penitential video” with me. And the class teacher of my youngest son gave an interview and slandered the child. She distorted a real incident that had happened a year before — at that time the school principal asked us to forgive her for the fact that the teachers had behaved improperly. Such “fame” hurt the condition of the child, who trusted his teacher.
After all the adventures, my younger son and I also left. First to Georgia, and now our way lies in Germany. There we have applied for defense, and I hope to get a job.
But it will be very hard without you. I burned all our resources when I fought for my husband to get him out of prison and extradition. And now he needs support. My son and I need help to pay for tickets from Georgia to Germany and for the most basic necessities for the first time: simple housing, household items, payment of state fees and translators' services for documents.

How much is needed?

€1200 — airplane tickets for me and my son from Georgia to Germany + baggage fees. We have lived in Georgia for about a year and during this time we have acquired things that we will take with us.
€2000 — rent for an apartment for 2 months. We need this time to settle in and adapt to the new place.
€500 — payment of state fees and translators' services for the documents. Insurance.
€800 — funds for the most necessary things for the first time — household items that we will miss or that we will not be able to bring from Georgia.
