Equipment and Transport for Belarusian Volunteers

  • Story

We are a group of Belarusian volunteers who have been defending Ukraine’s freedom since the first days of the full-scale war. We serve in one of the units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, performing frontline aerial reconnaissance missions. Our work helps identify threats, save the lives of military personnel and civilians, and effectively counter Russian aggression.

Each of us came to Ukraine on our own path. Before the war, we had vastly different lives: some worked in dentistry or IT, others were involved in business or creative fields. However, the events of 2020 in Belarus united us: we endured protests, repression, violence, the absurdity of so-called “justice,” and the inhumanity of prisons in Okrestina and Zhodino. Since 2022, we’ve been gaining new, unwelcome but necessary experience – combat.

Since the start of the war, we have served in Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy, and today we carry out aerial reconnaissance and civilian evacuation missions from combat zones. We believe that by helping Ukraine, we bring freedom closer not only for Ukraine but also for Belarus.

Recently, during a combat mission, our vehicle was completely destroyed, and part of our equipment was lost. This complicates our work: without transport and gear, we cannot complete missions to defend territories and protect civilians.

We urgently need assistance to purchase a new vehicle and essential equipment. Here is the list of priority needs:

How much is needed?

€5500

€4000 – A reliable vehicle capable of withstanding the harsh conditions of combat missions. We plan to purchase a vehicle from Europe with full technical servicing. The estimated cost is €4000 (depending on logistics and service complexity).

€1500 – Critical equipment and gear needed for our tasks. This includes:

  • Full uniform set
  • Layer 7 thermal clothing
  • Pouches
  • ARCH helmet
  • Peltor tactical headphones
  • SureFire carabiner flashlight
  • Viper Hood camouflage cape
  • Camouflage poncho
  • Backpack with frame
  • Groin protector
  • Binoculars
  • Two polyethylene ballistic plates (Content Protection)
  • Two “Tsukorok” electronic warfare devices

At the moment, we already have part of the funds. To procure everything we need, we are €5500 short.

We will be endlessly grateful to everyone who decides to support us! Your contribution will help us not only complete our missions but also protect civilian lives and bring Ukraine closer to victory.
