I, Dobysh Elena, have been an active participant in the neighborhood protest movement since June 2020. I took part in peaceful marches, solidarity chains, district peaceful marches and pickets, participated in gatherings for political prisoners and victims of repression. For her civic stand she was “punished” by the regime for a year: she was sentenced to twenty-four hours in “Okrestina”, kidnapped by the security services, interrogated, and tried and fined. During the last actions she was repeatedly punished by the court with an administrative fine of 100 (one hundred) basic units, which is 2,900 BYN. In connection with the tightening of the law on “people's articles” collection on their own, unfortunately, is not possible. That's why I am asking for help in paying the fine. I am grateful in advance.
