My name is Dmitriy. It happened in my life that already in 1999, thanks to my teacher Elena Alekseevna, I am an opponent of the criminal Lukashenko regime. As much as I could, I always tried to hand out fair newspapers, stickers, take part in Freedom Marches, Days of Will, etc. I also organized actions of personal resistance. Since 2015, I have been a member of the Zakharenko Art Group Dvornian Theater. This is a community dedicated to expanding knowledge of Belarusian history and culture. I've worked at sites such as Dukorsky Maeontak and Sula History Park. We've traveled with performances to other sites as well. That was the case until recently.
On March 23, the security forces came knocking on my door. They searched my apartment and cottage. They didn't see me at the time. I had to go underground and urgently evacuate. Now I am in Tbilisi without means of livelihood. I have to get a visa to go to Poland and then to Ukraine, where my friends are waiting for me in the volunteer battalion, who are engaged in extermination of Russian occupants.
When we liberate Ukraine, we'll go to Belarus. This is the only option. This is the last chance to free our homeland from the occupant, both internal and external. Live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine!
