  • Story

On August 10, 2020, the entire world was shaken by news from Belarus that included the dreaded word, OKRESTINA.

The name of a street that even the Belarusians didn't know about until that date.
It is there that the temporary detention center, which for several days was turned into a place of unbearable pain, tears, cruel beatings and suffering of relatives and people who cared about them, was located.

Okrestina has become a collective image of evil, cruelty and injustice.
Okrestina is the place where real heroes for freedom and honesty appeared.

The aim of the series is to show to the world the history of the Belarusian people in their quest to be free from the regime and dictatorship, and to highlight the events that continue to this day in Belarus.
