The release of Belarusian political prisoners is joyful news. But along with joy comes concern: after years in prison, these people will have to rebuild their lives almost from scratch.
That is why we are launching an emergency fundraiser to support all political prisoners released on March 19th. Please support this campaign if you are able.
Our goal is to provide at least €1,000 to each person as part of the program to support political prisoners and those released. This money will help cover the first critical weeks after release: finding temporary housing, buying clothes and medicine, and restoring documents. The fundraiser will remain active until March 31st, 2026, after which we will begin distributing the funds.
If we raise more, we will be able to provide additional support — covering extra expenses, medical treatment, and document recovery. All funds raised above the target amount will be distributed equally among those released.

Of course, this support will not solve every problem. But it will provide the most important thing — a chance to breathe out and take the first steps toward a new life after prison.
Over the past years, our shared solidarity has proven its strength time and again. Thanks to you, thousands of people have made it through the hardest moments of their lives. Today, this support is needed once again.
