Belarus jails people for using Telegram and contacting independent media. Let's help the most honest and brave among us — those who have suffered for the truth.
These people have been jailed for making comments, putting up emoji, speaking out on “extremist” media. They are tortured in jail for simply subscribing to a telegram channel, for sending information to a bot outraged by the violence and lawlessness in Belarus.
Our task is to provide some amount of support to the relatives of such people, so that they could collect a transfer, buy warm clothes, pay a few visits to the lawyer, so that the political prisoners feel that they are not alone. After all, no one is abandoned and nothing is forgotten.
We already have about 30 applications of similar cases, for these people we have set the initial amount. But the amount may increase when there are more applications.
The relatives of all political prisoners who have been detained for using means of communication and any contacts with independent media and telegram channels can apply to us.
