August at BYSOL

We received 23 fundraising requests, published 15 campaigns, and closed 13, raising a total of €34,349. Another €23,000 was provided to 23 political prisoners.

Over the month, we helped with 6 departures from Belarus: 2 regular and 4 complex evacuations, and provided 2 evacuation consultations. Our hotline received 171 requests — the number of consultations our specialists provided in August.

Behind every number is a specific person and a specific situation. Thank you to everyone who helps us continue this work. In August, we were once again able to be there where support was needed most.
