BYSOL is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communication Department to develop and execute effective marketing and communication strategies that will help BYSOL achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote BYSOL's mission and drive awareness and donations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community groups.
- Manage social media accounts, create and distribute promotional materials, organize events, and build relationships with media outlets.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to manage and track donor interactions and engagement, and segment donors to personalize communication.
- Utilize digital advertising tools to promote BYSOL's message and engage with new audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and practices to design effective advertising campaigns.
- Strong branding skills to build recognition, loyalty, and credibility with donors and the public.
- Ability to create valuable and engaging content to build relationships with donors and supporters.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track donor interactions and engagement.
- Expertise in using digital advertising tools to promote the organization's message and engage with new audiences.
- Fluency in EnglishEnglis and Russian languages.
