On 15.05 we decided to go for kebabs and take the flag with us. Our way was along a fairly busy road. We literally did not have time to walk 50 meters to the woods when we were detained. My friend quickly oriented herself, grabbed the kids and headed home. My husband and I were taken to the Zaslavl police station. From there I was taken to the TDF (Stepianka). We spent two days there before going to court. (despite two underage children).
As a result, my husband was given 10 days and I was fined 70 bu.v. (2030 rubles).
After appealing the decision in court, nothing has changed.
The fine and my husband's forced “vacation” had a critical impact on our budget: we were able to scrape together most of the fine, but we have no savings, my husband is out of work, and my salary goes entirely to pay the bills and the daily needs of us and our two children. We need help paying the rest of the fine.
