My name is Maxim Shabutsky and I am a protest blogger. Anticipating a wave of terror from the dictator, around 2015 I started to prepare a Belarusan liberation revolution. Given the total lack of support, I had to sell my car and then my apartment to do this.
As a result, in 2020 I initiated a preventive operation called “Bagration,” which, due to a number of objective factors, ended unsuccessfully. In order to continue my work I had to go into hiding, where I spent more than a year and a half, despite all the attempts of the law enforcement agencies to find me.
About a month ago the operatives found my last underground apartment, after which I had to leave Belarus to continue my work abroad. During the year and a half of underground work, I only once asked for help, but now I have to do it again. Just in case, I must clarify that I need money not only for everyday needs and travel, but also for future work, because I am not fleeing from Belarus, but am making a temporary tactical retreat.
