My name is Reidolf Inga. On October 13th I was detained by the criminal investigation officers in Babruisk. The same day I was taken to the temporary detention isolator in Akrestino. There I spent 7 days, after which I was transferred to pre-trial prison #1 in Volodarskogo in Minsk.
I was kept in custody for three months. On January 19th , I was sentenced under Art. 342 part 1 of the Criminal Code of Belarus and sentenced to 2.6 years in jail. On January 19th , they sentenced me to 2.6 years of home “chemo”. Since I am bringing up my 8-year-old son on my own he was under 'arrest' as I could not move freely with him anywhere.
The child was stressed, as the supervision came in the evening and at night, respectively, the child did not sleep. Since he has asthma and he shouldn't be nervous, I decided to run with him. We ran without any belongings, at the last moment it was possible to borrow 70 dollars. At the moment, respectively, no money at all. At the moment we are in Warsaw.
