On May 29, 2020, during the collection of signatures for the presidential candidate Svetlana Tihanovskaya, at about 12.50 p.m. I wrote in personal messages to the district policeman of the Lenin district of Grodno V.S. Kozlovsky everything that I thought about the past elections.
This event was the beginning of the politically motivated pressure exerted on me.
On December 15, 2021 riot policemen, two policemen and an investigator burst into my house. After a search they detained me under Article 364. Initially I was kept in the TDF of Kastrychnitski district of Grodno. Afterwards I was transferred to prison #1 in Grodno. On February 7th , a court session took place, where I was sentenced to 4 years of “chemistry” with a referral. The appeal was on March 17, but it did not change anything. In addition to the deprivation of liberty, I was obligated to pay a claim to the “victim” in the amount of 1500 rubles.
My wife and two little kids are waiting for me at home. My son has been diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder which requires regular classes. I would not want the political pressure put on me to influence the fate of my child. Our family would appreciate anyone who can provide support during this difficult time.
