Belarus for Ukraine: fundraising for a vehicle

  • Story

A Belarusian volunteer fighter asks for support. After a year and a half serving as a UAV operator, he joined the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is raising funds for a vehicle. The car is needed for rapid evacuation, logistics, and training new drone operators.

Hello everyone! I am a Belarusian volunteer fighter. At the end of 2023 I decided I had to be in Ukraine. At the beginning of 2024 I joined the International Legion, where I served for a year and a half as a UAV operator. Recently, I moved to the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Those one and a half years are hard to fit into a short story. Almost every morning I started by launching a drone rather than checking my phone. Once, a tank nearly ran me over — it slid a half of a meter away from our position. We drove a pickup with no doors, slept to the sounds of artillery and still kept working, because we knew what we were here for.

Now I need help for purchasing a vehicle. A car will make it faster to reach positions, deliver equipment, and train new fighters to work with drones. On the front, speed means safety. Here, on the front, seconds decide a lot.

Thank you for the support! It keeps us moving forward.
