Supporting the Belarussian Volunteer in Rehabilitation and Treatment

  • Story

My life has turned into a survival affair… And now I need your support.

In 2020, due to persecution for political reasons (I was accused of participating in mass riots), I was forced to leave for Poland. There I helped other Belarusians. We worked on their relocation and, at the same time, tried to solve our own legalization issues.

Soon, however, a full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine began. I could not remain indifferent, and despite the fact that I had not yet obtained official status in Poland, I went to help. My call sign was Iron. I took an active part in combat operations in different areas, including Severodonetsk, Kramatorsk and Zaporizhzhya region. My role in the team was in aerial reconnaissance and correcting artillery strikes. Unfortunately, due to injuries, my health deteriorated and I was forced to leave Ukraine.

Now I am in Poland. I am undergoing treatment in a clinic. I need financial help to continue my tests and to restore my health. The amount I need is 2500 euros. These funds will go towards specialist consultations, a CT scan and further treatment of the consequences of my injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I also need funds for living expenses while I am looking for a job.

How much is needed?

2600 € — This money will be used for specialist consultations, a CT scan and further treatment of my injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I also need money for my living expenses while I am looking for a job.
