Yevgeny Leonidovich Barovsky is one of the defendants in the case of the events that occurred during the Honor March on October 11. Yevgeny was convicted for trying to wrestle a man away from the hands of the riot police near metro station “Pushkinskaya”.
He was sentenced to four years in jail under article 364 and 342 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
There was also a claim for compensation of moral harm to the riot policemen in the amount of
15859,87 р.
I really need help with the repayment of the claim. Despite the fact that I am working, this amount is too much for me.
Most of what I earn is spent on food and clothing packages, “otovarka”.
