In about a month or a month and a half, court hearings on Nikolai's case will start very soon. Nikolai Avtukhovich is accused of preparing acts of terrorism. Based on the legislation of the dictatorial regime in Belarus, the accused could face the highest penalty. Unfortunately, there is no confidence in a fair trial in Belarus. The threat not only to freedom, but also to Nikolai's life is very real.
The lawyer, friends and associates of Mikalai are trying to use all possibilities to avoid the most tragic outcome of the case of the Belarusian patriot. The current lawyer, a qualified and reliable specialist, has been working with Nikolai since the day of his detention, but he lives in Minsk.
