Hello. My name is Anastasia Ivanova (name and surname changed for security purposes). In June 2021 I was detained for picketing “for the purpose of publicly expressing my social and political interests” and was subjected to administrative punishment under Part 1 Article 24.23 of the Administrative Code with a huge fine.
The penalty is high even for a well earning Belarusian. Some amount has already been collected. There is 500 € left. A certain part of this money, one way or another, will be (re)used to support other victims of the regime (letters and postcards to political prisoners, leaflets, individual assistance, etc.).
