I was born and lived all my life in the regional center. I worked as a cook in one of the cafes in our city. I never wondered why we do not live like many countries, why the majority in Belarus get worse and worse every year. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a very serious cancer disease that required several complicated surgeries. The state did not help me then.
In the summer I was a volunteer at the Tihanovsky headquarters. At one meeting, during a conversation with a representative of the “authorities,” I — I took the liberty of speaking sharply negatively about him. But since our kolkhoz authorities are not ready to accept any criticism, they considered my statement an insult. They put me in a high-security colony, where I served my term in full.
I think that there is a real genocide against the people of Belarus. Contrary to the false propaganda of the official authorities, our country is in the deepest hole. They constantly lie to us and create unbearable living conditions.
During my imprisonment my health condition has deteriorated badly and soon I will need new surgeries and a long rehabilitation process afterwards.
