Padtrymka theatrical-falklore studio for children in Vilnius ”Ў neskladane”

We are a team of the ”Unspeakable” project, a theatrical and folklore studio for young people from the Belarusian community in Vilnius. We began our work in May 2022. The main goal of our studio is to develop and implement unique and cultural skills of Belarusian children and adolescents, their social communication with each other for the benefit of joint creative activity. Our classes consist of two parts: theatrical acting (acting and plastic acting, spoken word) and folklore and performance practices (folk dancing, playing musical instruments). At the moment of the launch of the gathering more than 40 children from 5 to 12 years old. Who are our participants? Siarzhuk Toussikau, a theater and film actor with 25 years of experience, who has been performing at the New Drama Theater for the year 2020, was dismissed as a result of the strike, and the scientist Vyachka Krasulin, who was forced to leave Belarus because of the repression. We will be glad to receive help from outsiders in building the financial fund of our studio. The collected money will be used to pay for the management of the venue where the performance will take place, for the expenses of the lecturers, for the cost of the entrance fees for the performance and for the future performance.
